Our Florida licensed engineer or our licensed seawall contractor performs this service, diving to inspect the following components:

• • Seawall cap, Tie-offs and accessories, Wall panels, T piles or Batter Piles, Footing
  • Soil and Drainage behind and through the seawall, presence of Sea Moss on waterway floor
  • Dock boards, joists, ledger board, fasteners, Piles, Ladder, Bumpers, and accessories
  • Water depth and width and accessibility
  • Soil settlement affecting swimming pool and other property features

Common issues include major cracks, deterioration, or breaks in the cap, panels, or pilings. Loss of soil from under the wall due to a compromised footing, Neighbor seawall damage affecting property, Leaning seawall, just to name a few. Seawalls are a major cost component of the property requiring regular maintenance and eventual replacement. We provide a digital report with cost estimates for repair.
