Michael Gaurnier, ACI has had a good working relationship with Prism Analytical Technologies, its scientists and staff since 2016 which was subsequently acquired by Enthalpy Analytical. Enthalpy Analytical is a national network of accredited environmental laboratories with over 400 chemists, biologists, scientists, and technical specialists. Michael Gaurnier, ACI and Tony Valles were both trained and certified by Prism Analytical Technologies to perform surveys of vocs, mvocs, formaldehyde, smoke contaminants, and “Chinese”, or contaminated drywall.

ACI Inspections has partnered with Dr. John D. Shane, PhD mycologist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After a sit down discussion with Dr. Shane, Michael Gaurnier, ACI was willing to perform this testing for his clients provided Dr. Shane perform the analysis and reporting on behalf of ACI Inspections. Dr. Shane has taught McCrone Research Institute classes on Indoor Air Quality, Identification of Fungal Spores and House Dust for many years. Dr. Shane has been Nationally recognized as a mold and IAQ expert in addition to his books on Identification of Mold Spores and House Dust. He is an Accredited Indoor Environmental Hygienist FL- 0052, and a Florida State licensed Microbial Assessor.
